HR Advisor - People and Culture Team
Hours: 24 hours per week, in accordance with the requirements of the role - office based
Salary: up to £22,217.00 per annum (FTE £34,249.00 per annum) depending on qualification and experience (pay award pending)

What do you need to bring with you:
- CIPD Level 5 (or above), plus English & Maths at Level 2.
- A love for people, a head for policy, and a heart for making a difference.
- Experience in HR (ideally in education, charity, or the public sector).
- Excellent communication, resilience, and a knack for juggling priorities.
What will you be doing:
- Advise, coach, and support staff and managers on all things HR (from recruitment to employee relations and everything in between).
- Champion early, informal resolution of issues because we believe in talking, not ticking boxes.
- Lead and support projects on workload, inclusion, engagement, wellbeing, and more.
- Provide training and development to staff and managers on HR matters.
- Be a trusted partner to managers, trade unions, and staff helping us be an employer of choice.
