An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Human Resources team supporting the delivery of an effective and efficient HR Advisory Service to Adults Social Care (and other directorates where required).
We need a proactive, experienced individual who is solution focussed and able to:
- Advise and guide Managers, Directors and Senior Leaders on HR related issues.
- Professionally support on case work including disciplinary, capability, sickness absence and grievance issues.
- Manage own case load of formal cases.
- Design and deliver policy related training.
- Ensure HR related policies, procedures, guidance notes, and intranet pages are maintained, and easily accessible to enable managers.
- Encourage a process of continuous improvement.
- Take a consistent approach to common issues.
You'll assist managers, employees, and the wider HR team in interpreting and applying HR policies and procedures, enabling the application of good practice.
You'll need to demonstrate skill, knowledge and experience in a HR advisory and support role and you'll need to have completed your CIPD level 7 qualification.
