Stores/Parts Person Job Opportunity

D H Price Motors are looking to expand our parts department by adding a third person to the team to cope with our ever-expanding customer base and allow us maintain our usual level of high customer service

The tasks for this roll will include but not limited to: -

·        The sourcing of car, light commercial vehicle parts.

·        Checking in parts and processing them through the system.

·        Maintaining and processing returns back to the suppler.

·        Maintaining stock control.

·        Processing parts warranty clams with suppliers.

·        Communicating with suppliers

·        Communicating with technicians and rectifying incorrectly supplied parts efficiently

The successful candidate will also have: -

·        Excellent communication skills

·        A confident, friendly, approachable manner

·        Be conscientious and diligent with attention to detail

·        The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

·        Experience of using database management systems

·        Self-motivated

·        A full driving License

DH Price Motors are a very customer-focused company and great customer service, and people skills are essential for this aspect of the role.

To complete all aspects of this role with competence the successful candidate is likely to be someone with previous automotive parts or workshop experience and that is also competent with computers and can adapt to the various systems the role entails.

Previous experience of the l-link network would be desirable, however not essential and training can be given in this area if required.
