Aspire Mobile Community Pantry Worker

We are looking to recruit a Mobile Community Pantry Worker who has excellent driving and communication skills, are dynamic and who can be flexible in reacting to changing situations.

For this role, we are looking for an individual to work with Aspire and in conjunction with the Living Well Project. This will be 16 hours per week generally across 3 days with some flexibility. NJC scale - 5, Pay -£ 12.52 / hr and the Annual salary – £10,444.44, FTE - £ 23,500.00

Clean driving licence essential, good IT, written and verbal communication skills.

This will be a community-based role driving our community pantry, running pop up pantries, providing information and guidance and logging/reporting figures.

Aspire Static Community Pantry Worker

We are looking to recruit a Static Community Pantry Worker who has excellent communication and organisation skills, are dynamic and who can be flexible in reacting to changing situations.

For this role, we are looking for an individual to work with Aspire and in conjunction with the Living Well Project. This will be 16 hours per week generally across 3 days (Wednesday – Friday) with some flexibility. NJC scale - 5, Pay -£ 12.52 / hr and the Annual salary – £10,444.44, FTE - £ 23,500.00

Clean driving licence essential, good IT, written and verbal communication skills.

This will be a community-based role working in mainly Sandown, running a pantry, providing information and guidance, helping with mobile pantries on occasion and logging/reporting figures.

This happens throughout the week alongside our paint recycling project; a refurbishment and sales bike shop; a regular craft sewing group upcycling fabrics into merchandise; and an eclectic selection of items for sale including bespoke commissioned products. A wide range of community creative projects will be showcased including contemporary art supported by local artists.
