Position : Sales Executive

Permanent: 40 hours a week over 5 days

Salary : £25,600 plus commission up to £8,400

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales Team. Hybrid working is available.

We are looking to appoint someone will drive sales of UKSA’s course portfolio. Identifying opportunities to generate new business and support repeat bookings, to achieve sales targets.

Maintaining a detailed knowledge of the product range, and using persuasive skills, you will proactively provide advice, convert leads and upsell products. Ensuring the calibre of all students meets UKSA quality standards.  

The Sales Executive is responsible for:

  • Lead generation: Work with the Business Development Manager to identify potential customer pools. Generate leads through various methods including cold calling, networking and events.
  • Pipeline conversion: Proactively convert leads generated through all channels. Use persuasive skills and product knowledge, to support customers in making an informed choice, upselling where possible and secure bookings.
  • Repeat business: Identify opportunities and build relationships to generate repeat bookings. Encouraging progression through the UKSA career pathway.  
  • Candidate selection: Identify and nurture candidates through the relevant application and selection programmes, liaising with operations staff on course options and viability. Ensure information and advice is proactively provided to ensure conversion and minimise pipeline dropouts.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Work with the Business Development Manager to transition and embed strategic partnerships, identifying and securing individual opportunities with customers. 
  • Marketing and product development:  Work closely with the Marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies. Feedback customer insight and queries to inform product development and marketing content creation.
  • Operational implementation: Work with the Customer Relations Coordinator to ensure customer satisfaction and address customer issues or concerns.
  • Administration: Track and report on customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software. Check and maintaining course statistics.
  • Open Days and Events: Participate in Open Days and sales events, to support the sales conversion process and secure bookings.
