Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Relief Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the absence of the primary manager, ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for time management and organisation. As a Relief Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of service and achieving sales targets while fostering a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Supervise staff in the absence of the primary manager, providing guidance and support as needed.

Manage daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Communicate effectively with team members to promote collaboration and resolve any issues that arise.

Oversee sales management activities, including monitoring performance and implementing strategies to achieve targets.

Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, inventory management, and reporting.

Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered consistently across all interactions.

Maintain an organised work environment that promotes efficiency and safety.

Provide leadership and motivation to staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and accountability.
