Position: MCA and IAMI Exam Coordinator
Permanent: 3 days per week including Wednesday and Friday

We have a new opportunity for an MCA and IAMI Exam Coordinator to join team UKSA. This role is 3 days a week and includes Wednesdays and Fridays, the other day can be flexible.
The main purpose of this role is to administer and coordinate all IAMI exams, ensuring all attendees are correctly registered.
The ability to have strong organisational skills, IT skills and effective communication are paramount to this role.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that the logging and distribution of exam certification is completed in an accurate and timely manner to comply with MCA and UKSA requirements
- Training all new Exam Invigilators to the required standard
- Oversee the Exam Invigilators and monitor that they are working to, and meeting, externally set standards of practice
- Involvement with Exam policy and procedure review and working in conjunction with the Quality Manager to ensure internal and external audit requirements are met and maintained
- Purchasing MCA course materials in line with budgetary guidance and appropriate authorisation
- Liaising with all key staff to ensure operating information is shared
- Ensuring all students inductions are planned and administrated with the correct staff present.
- Assist the training managers with an ad hoc tasks as required
