An exiting opportunity for an experienced, confident and hands-on FOH Supervisor has just been created in our beautifully refurbished and thriving Wildheart Cafe and Admissions at the Wildheart Animal Sanctuary on Yaverland Road in Sandown.
The perfect candidate will be organised and customer focused ensuring a very warm welcome is given to all our visitors and that exemplary customer service is provided across our food and beverage and admission points of our sanctuary. The successful candidate will work with the Trading Manager to ensure the smooth and efficient day to day running of the café, maintaining excellent customer service, this is a hands on role where you will work along side the team maintaining excellent standards. Leading by example and setting a high bar for staff to follow throughout all tasks in your role, following through the vision from the Trading manager.
