We are looking for an experienced cafe manager to lead our community focused Cafe No 62 in Newport on the Isle of Wight. Are you someone who has a passion for delivering high quality food along with exceptional customer service? We pride ourselves on putting the customer and community at the heart of everything we do.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the café ensuring that the team deliver consistent high levels of customer service and adhere to all food safety, health and safety regulations and update and review internal procedures.
They will also assist in attracting community projects, including inclusive work experience and bringing in fresh and new ideas to make the café a place to go.
