A popular destination for visitors from across the UK and beyond, it offers a peaceful and memorable escape into nature.

We’re currently looking for a friendly and dependable Tearoom and Gift Shop Assistant to help us deliver a warm, attentive and memorable customer experience in this uniquely beautiful setting.

What You’ll Do

As a Tearoom & Gift Shop Assistant, you will:

• Welcome and serve customers in a warm and professional manner
• Prepare and serve teas, coffees, cakes, and light refreshments
• Maintain a clean, organised and inviting front-of-house environment
• Handle payments and operate the till
• Assist with stock replenishment and light cleaning duties
• Work collaboratively with the rest of the team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in a café, shop, or similar customer-facing role is essential
• A positive attitude and a genuine enjoyment of working with people
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good attention to detail and personal presentation
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
