We’re Richmonds Cake & Coffee Co, a tight-knit, cake-obsessed crew led by Immy and her dream team of managers. We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, experienced Team Leader to join our year-round, full-time team.

About the Role

Full-time: minimum 150 hours/month, with more available to cover holidays/sickness, Typically Tuesday - Saturday , staring either 630am or 8am. No annual leave permitted during Cowes Week

What You’ll Bring

2+ years experience in a similar role, A full UK driving licence + own vehicle is advantageous., Great time management & self-motivation, Confident to take the lead & lead a small, growing team., A genuine love for all things coffee , cake & brunch, A team-player mindset with team-player attitude., Ability to maintain a 5* food hygiene rating.
