We are looking to expand our team of talented chefs at the award winning 4 Silver Star Royal Hotel, Ventnor. The restaurant has held 2 AA Rosettes for excellent food for over 25 consecutive years, and our Head Chef Jacob Gough is now bringing his own modern flair to some classic dishes.
This exciting opportunity is open to someone with a willingness to learn and hone their culinary skills using some of the best ingredients. We have a proven track record of developing a chef’s skills and abilities. We will expand your food knowledge and teach you a wide range of skills which will set you on your way in this industry.
