We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at On the Rocks Yarmouth.

This role will mainly focus on Front of House operations, ensuring excellent customer service, smooth daily running of shifts, and supporting the wider team. However, flexibility is essential, and applicants must also be willing to assist in the kitchen when required.

• Previous hospitality and supervisory experience is essential
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A hands-on attitude with willingness to support all areas of the business
• Confidence managing staff, customer service, and busy service periods
• Reliable, hardworking, and team-focused
• Confident with ordering and stock control
• Able to support the General Manager with daily operations

Main responsibilities:

• Supervising Front of House service and staff
• Delivering excellent customer experiences
• Supporting daily operations and shift management
• Assisting the General Manager where needed
• Managing ordering and stock control
• Assisting with kitchen duties when needed
• Maintaining high standards across the restaurant
