Night Porter position available at the Royal Esplanade Hotel.

Hours generally 8pm through to 8am, minimum of 12 hour shifts, three nights per week. Some flexibilty is required to cover colleagues' Annual Leave periods or when additional support as required by hotel management.

This is a varied role requiring evening Reception duties, hotel security and fire safety checks, cleaning and early morning set-up. We require a mature, reliable and responsible person with a common-sense attitude and excellent communication skills. A polite and professional telephone manner along with competent computer skills and a willingness to assist our guests is imperative.

Ultimately we need a presentable team member who takes pride in themself and the hotel and has a strong work ethic. Previous experience in a similar role is prefererred, though training is available.
