House Keeper - The Chequers Inn, Rookley & The White Lion, Niton

3-5 days a week, flexible on days. This role will be at both The Chequers Inn and The White Lion depending on bookings so your own transport is essential. 

While the position is seasonal, ending in 30th September, there maybe opportunity to continue on a permanent basis depending on performance. 

We are currently looking for an energetic individual with great attention to detail to join our team, cleaning our pubs and rooms and working front of house during breakfast hours meeting our wonderful residents from across the world.

At Wight Pubs we are very proud of our rooms, having won a number of awards over the past few years and keen to keep the high standard of both friendly service and cleanliness we currently have.

Hours: Daily duties include cleaning the pub before opening, usually with another cleaner (7:30am start), front of house service during residence breakfast (8am onwards), cleaning and servicing B&B rooms (11am-2pm). 

Experience will give an advantage, but is not essential - a "can-do" attitude and enthusiasm to learn is highly desirable for this role.

Although the listed work days above are ideal, as a company, we can offer a flexible working pattern and we are happy to work with you to create the best work-life balance we can provide.
