Sous Chef Wanted – Join the Team at Cibo

We're looking for a passionate, driven, and reliable Sous Chef to join our kitchen team at Cibo.

Working closely with the Executive Chef - you'll play a key role in delivering consistently high-quality food, leading the team during service, and helping maintain the standards we're proud of.

What we're looking for:

- Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a strong Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step.

- A genuine passion for fresh, quality food.

- Strong leadership and communication skills.

- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen.

- Excellent organisation, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

- A team player who's happy to lead by example.

What you'll be doing:

- Supporting the Executive Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.

- Leading services and motivating the team.

- Maintaining high food quality, consistency, and presentation.

- Assisting with stock control, ordering, and food safety.

- Helping train and develop junior chefs.
