Bembridge Sailing Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House team. We have openings for both a Team Leader and Front of House Assistants. These roles offer variable hours, including weekends and evenings, providing flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

Front of House Team Leader

As the Team Leader, you will oversee the daily operations of our Front of House, ensuring exceptional service and a welcoming atmosphere for our members and guests. Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and supporting Front of House staff

• Managing diary reservations and event requirements

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations

• Handling members inquiries and resolving issues promptly

• Training new staff members and conducting performance evaluations?

Front of House Assistants

Our Front of House Assistants are the face of the club, providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily operations. Responsibilities include:

• Greeting and seating members and guests

• Taking orders and serving food and beverages

• Maintaining cleanliness 

• Assisting with event setups and breakdowns

• Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff for seamless service

Requirements for Both Positions:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred but not essential?
