Fumo33 is an independent, award-focused restaurant in the heart of Ryde, known for quality food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere. We are looking for friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front of House Team Members to join our growing team.
About the Role
As a Front of House team member, you will play a key role in delivering a warm and professional service. You’ll be the face of the restaurant, ensuring every guest feels welcomed, looked after, and keen to return.
Key Responsibilities

Providing excellent customer service from arrival to departure.

Taking food and drink orders accurately and confidently.

Serving food and beverages to a high standard.

Maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming front-of-house area.

Working closely with the management team.

Handling payments and bookings professionally.

Meet & exceed important KPIs & strive to improve.
About You

Previous hospitality experience is preferred, but not essential for the right candidate.
