This is a great opportunity to work at one of England's most iconic heritage sites as Food & Beverage Manager at Osborne, Queen Victoria's beloved home on the Isle of Wight.
Osborne has multiple food outlets located on the estate and these range from a welcoming cafe situated at the entrance/exit of the site, a restaurant and deli-bar overlooking the terrace gardens, a cake shop hidden within the woodland area, a cafe located on the shore of Queen Victoria's very own private beach and even our very own ice cream van.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering an exemplary service to every visitor, as well as focusing on the future development of the Food & Beverage offer in this truly spectacular setting.
You will manage our entire Food & Beverage operation with the support of an Assistant Manager and Head Chef. You will always consider how we can do it better, more efficiently, and how we can deliver an even tastier offer for our visitors.
As the Food and Beverage Manager, you will support the team to ensure we are compliant and that every order is served with a smile. You will have excellent attention to detail, leading your team to provide exemplary customer service and ensuring the F&B outlets maintain the highest standard of presentation.
We are looking for a proactive and driven Food and Beverage professional that has gained experience in either a multi-food outlet site, heritage venue or the hospitality sector.
Interviews will be held in the week commencing 28th July - at Osborne or on Teams.
