Description
The Fishbourne is seeking a Duty Manager.
We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to assist our Front of House Manager with the daily running of the business, with an immediate start available.
The ideal applicant would have at least 1 year of good quality management experience including bar work. Knowledge of wines and cellar procedures are also preferred; however full training will be provided.
The candidate must also be able to provide high levels of customer service and display a knowledge of food service. Must be flexible with working days and available over weekends.
