Robin Hill is one of the Isle of Wight’s largest and much loved tourist destinations. With forward-thinking new owners and a dynamic management team in place, Robin Hill reopens its doors in 2025 to welcome visitors to 88 acres of beautiful parkland filled with myriad new attractions.
We have a number of exciting opportunities for experienced Catering Team Leaders to join our park team from April to October 2025.
About the Role
As a Catering Team Leaders you’ll be ensuring that our catering outlets are run efficiently and professionally while creating a positive atmosphere and experience for all involved. Whether it’s cooking a delicious BBQ, making up a lavish salad or leading by example by cleaning tables and taking orders, you will be a crucial member of the catering team, meaning we can provide the best service to our visitors.
Key Responsibilities
· Leading a team of catering staff
· Prep, cook and serve food within our various catering outlets throughout the park.
· Supporting the daily routines of the outlets.
· Serve customers
· To create a positive environment
· Be customer-facing to deal with any enquiries that the visitors may have
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who:
· Are 18+
· Can work 5 days during the week as well as weekends
· Has previous chef experience
· Are confident: Do you feel like you are or would be amazing at leading a team?
· Have a positive attitude: Your energy and optimism inspire visitors and teammates alike.
· Are customer-focused: You go out of your way to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience.
· Are confident and adaptable: You can think on your feet and handle challenges with a calm and proactive approach.
· Have first aid training: We offer training, but previous training is desirable.
