Albert Cottage is a very busy 10 bedroomed Boutique Hotel in East Cowes that can accommodate up to 24 guests and we welcome outside guests for breakfast too.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Breakfast Chef that is used to working with fresh produce and creating cooked breakfasts to order. We offer our guests a discerning range of delightful breakfast dishes from the traditional 'full English', fish and continental plates, vegetarian and vegan options and also accommodate any special dietary requirements.
This position is part time and the hours are 7am until 11am five days a week, although there is the potential to do additional hours on fresh food preparation if desired. Shifts will include weekends.
Whilst we would prefer an experienced Breakfast Chef it is not essential so long as you have kitchen preparation and service experience, as full training will be given under the professional guidance and care of our Head Chef.

We host functions, conferences, weddings, outdoor events and exclusive bespoke events, parties and social occasions as well as our everyday guests; we are the perfect place to eat, drink, meet friends and stay a while.
