We are looking for a Brasserie Supervisor to join our team

The stylish Brasserie, overlooking a stunning and picturesque lake, offers smart yet informal dining for up to 100 guests. Daily Specials and Brasserie menus are prepared featuring some of the very best of Island produce and using seasonal ingredients to suit all tastes.

As Brasserie Supervisor you are responsible for the restaurant and ensuring the rest of the team provide a professional service to our guests.

As part of this role duties will include -

• All apsects of restaurant service
• Overseeing the restaurant
• Conduct regular training sessions with staff members to ensure drinks knowledge is up to date
• Overseeing bar service
• End of night stock requisitions
