We are looking to recruit for a Brasserie  Manager to join our friendly team at Lakeside Hotel & Spa. 

The privately owned Lakeside Park Hotel, is the Island's Premier 4 star Hotel. Offering unrivalled facilities with modern and quality designed accommodation, ideal for both business and leisure. Complimentary WIFI is available in all areas.

The stylish Brasserie, overlooking a stunning and picturesque lake, offers smart yet informal dining for up to 100 guests. Daily Specials and Brasserie menus are prepared featuring some of the very best of Island produce and using seasonal ingredients to suit all tastes.

• Have a passion for food, wine and be able to deliver high standards of guest care with consistent levels of service
• A keen eye for detail and a friendly approach essential
• Good organisational skills needed
