We’re Richmonds Cake & Coffee Co, a tight-knit, cake-obsessed crew led by Immy and her dream team of managers. We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic, experienced Barista & Baker to join our year-round team.

About the Role

Part Time available (min 17hrs/week) , with extra available to cover holidays/sickness, Permanent, year-round contract, Includes weekend shifts, Based  Newport. No annual leave permitted during Cowes Week.

What You’ll Bring

2+ years experience in a similar role (baking ideally), A full UK driving licence + own vehicle, Great time management & self-motivation, Confident to take the lead when needed, Open to growing into a Shift Supervisor role, A genuine love for all things coffee & cake, A team-player mindset with team-player attitude
