We’re Richmonds Cake & Coffee Co, a tight-knit, cake-obsessed crew led by

Immy and her dream team of managers. We’re on the hunt for an enthusiastic,

experienced Barista & Baker to join our year-round, full-time team.

About the Role

Full-time: minimum 120 hours/month, with more available to cover holidays/sickness

Permanent, year-round contract

Includes some weekend shifts

Based mainly in Newport, with some shifts in Cowes

No annual leave permitted during Cowes Week

What You’ll Bring

2+ years experience in a similar role

A full UK driving licence + own vehicle

Great time management & self-motivation

Confident to take the lead when needed

Open to growing into a Shift Supervisor role

A genuine love for all things coffee & cake
