Evening Bar Staff Wanted – The Wight Mouse Inn

We are looking for friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic individuals to join our team for evening bar work at The Wight Mouse Inn.

Role Overview:
As a member of our bar team, you’ll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving drinks, taking food orders, handling payments, and helping maintain a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serving a range of beverages including beers, wines, and spirits
• Delivering outstanding customer service with a positive attitude
• Maintaining cleanliness behind the bar and in customer areas
• Handling cash and card transactions accurately
• Working efficiently during busy periods
• Taking food orders with a knowledge of allergies

Requirements:

• Previous bar or hospitality experience preferred but not essential
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• A friendly, approachable manner.
