The Boathouse is seeking an Assistant Manager for our established pub with rooms in Seaview on the Isle of Wight. The site is a successful and thriving pub with 4 bedrooms and is also an upcoming, high quality wedding venue. We offer a high-quality level of food, drinks and service whilst maintaining our relaxed pub atmosphere.

Applicants should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of managing a comparable business including having oversight regarding kitchen teams. Further to this, the ideal candidate should have experience in cellar management, staff management, working within budgetary controls and creativity. Experience regarding accommodation and wine knowledge are preferred, however full training will be given where necessary.
