FTC Up to 28.5 hours per week

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance and Facilities Administrator to join our Finance Team. This role is Maternity cover for up to 12 months. The hours for this role can be flexible and there is the option for hybrid working.
Your main purpose is to process finance transactions in an accurate and timely way to meet pre-set deadlines, to process UKSA purchase orders in an accurate and timely way to meet pre-set deadlines and to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Purchase Ledger and Purchase Order function.
Strong organisational skills, IT skills, attention to detail and effective communication are paramount to this role.
Key roles:
- Taking responsibility for the timely and accurate input of all UKSA purchase ledger invoices
- Taking responsibility for the timely and accurate input of UKSA purchase orders
- Ensuring the accuracy in the coding of purchase ledger invoices and purchase orders
- Overseeing the matching of purchase ledger invoices to orders on the Finance system and ensuring all queries are resolved speedily
- Monthly reconciliation of supplier statements and resolution of anomalies
- Assisting in the payment of suppliers by BACS and bank transfer
- Maintaining effective electronic filing of purchase ledger invoices
