We have a vacancy for an Anti Money Laundering, Compliance and Data Lead, to support our professional staff and management.
This is a project based role initially running until February 2027, with a possible extension thereafter.
The role encompasses:

- Systematic review of AML and KYC compliance at client level
- Similar tasks for other regulatory compliance requirements on an ad hoc basis
Data Management
- Documentation and review of our current client data sets, and related capture and recording procedures
- Specification of new database formats and migration of existing data and procedures
- Data quality checking and correction
- Reviewing compliance with GDPR principles
The successful candidate will:
- Understanding of the AML and POCA environment for professional practices
- Working knowledge of GDPR
- Good IT literacy, including intermediate Excel
- A forensic attention to detail
Our offices are based in Brading.
We envisage a core time equivalent to ten hours a week, with the opportunity for extra hours in the initial stages of the role to front load project work; flexibility on hours would be appreciated.
We are flexible about how core ours are delivered, and whilst some work will need to be office based we envisage a substantial part of the time being home based – it is therefore important that applicants are used to home working.
This is a fixed term contract anticipated to run until February 2027.
Remuneration in the range of £18/hour to £20/hour. 20 days annual leave (pro rata to part time hours) + statutory holidays + Christmas office closure + your birthday.
Applications by CV. If you would like an informal discussion around the role, please email our MD Jessica Garbett – [email protected]
The vacancy closes 30 November 2025 but may be closed earlier at our discretion.
