An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Science Technician at our Secondary site

Working under guidance, the Assistant Science Technician will play a vital role in supporting the work of the Science Department through technical support for practical lessons, ensuring that resources and equipment are suitably maintained and fit for purpose, to enable students and staff to maximise their full potential.

The successful candidate will provide a practical, daily technician service through the preparation and provision of equipment, apparatus and chemicals to enable students to carry out laboratory experiments, projects and examination work. The successful applicant will possess well developed communication skills, have strong attention to detail and the ability to remain calm and focused at particularly busy times.

Visits to the school are welcome.
