Visual Programme Coordinator - Performance in People
Due to continual growth Performance in People, (PiP) are seeking a Visual Programme Coordinator to join one of our Video Mystery Shopping teams. PiP work with a range of well-known clients in the many industries including automotive, retail, financial and hospitality.
You will be responsible for monitoring and coordinating the successful delivery of Video Mystery Shopping programmes.
Aspects include handling queries from internal and external sources, setting up mystery shopping activity, client communication, managing appeals and monitoring of evaluations to assessors.
- Assertive, confident communicator with a wide ranging, well applied vocabulary
- Calm under pressure, maintains analytical, solutions-based approach, positive mind set
- Well organised with the ability to prioritise
- Evidence of working to tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
- Comfortable & competent when speaking to groups
