Acorn Care Service Ltd is registered with the Care Quality Commission and we are now looking for a Part Time Care Coordinator to join our team.

This role will see you working in our busy care service, responding to referrals, as well as completing assessments and reviews.

The care packages that we provide are tailored to suit individual needs and therefore, all differ. As our Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in setting up new care packages as well as rostering visits using our care planning software.

We are looking for someone hands on who is keen to get involved in dealing with day to day issues for service users and resolve them quickly and efficiently.

This position is perfect for an experienced care worker looking to experience the organisation of the care service. Preferably you will hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.

We can offer you 20 hours per week, Monday – Friday from 13:00 – 17:00. Additional hours will be available if required and this position will entail you working one in four weekends on call.
