Accounts and Practice Manager – Law firm
We are looking for someone who ideally has experience of working in a Solicitor’s office and can combine both roles with accuracy and enthusiasm.
Accounts:
- Responsible for managing financial transactions
- Maintain accurate and up to date records
- Run payroll and maintain pension records online
- Report monthly on P&L and maintain cashflow
- Point of contact for accountants and finance/banking providers
Practice Manager
- Point of contact for suppliers including IT, case management, telephones, energy etc.
- Report on any issues to director, including building management, complaints, staff matters etc.
- Deal with PII, CQS, insurances
- Maintain website and social media accounts
This is a chance to work in a good team of people, training from the retiring role-holder will be available if necessary.
