Due to continual growth, Performance in People (PiP) are looking for Quality Controllers to join our Video and Telephone Mystery Shopping Teams

PiP provide mystery shopping and training to a range of well-known clients in the automotive, retail, financial and hospitality industries.

You will be responsible for the Quality Control of our covert video or telephone mystery shopping programmes. This includes reviewing and editing videos or calls, scoring against a pre-defined questionnaire and providing written comments where applicable. You will also be required to monitor staff behaviours and provide feedback to mystery shoppers.

Skills Required:

  • Computer literacy
  • Excellent spelling and grammar skills and attention to detail are essential
  • Be able to maintain high levels of concentration
  • Knowledge of Audacity, Adobe Premiere or Cyberlink PowerDirector are an advantage

Full training will be provided

This position is offered on a zero-hour contract, this is due to experiencing a few quieter periods throughout the year, usually March, September and over Christmas time due to client specifications.
