Salary: Grade 3 - 5, being £15,981 to £18,870 per annum

Hours: 37 per week

Fixed term contracts until 31st December 2018.    

The Contact Centre is currently seeking 2 Customer Advisor's to join their busy team.  A cheerful personality and an ability to work as part of a team is essential in this environment as well as being able to remain calm at all times, especially when working under pressure.  You should be performance driven and willing to learn.  You will be responsible for resolving a variety of enquiries at the first point of contact across a range of access channels including phone and email.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate a passion for excellent customer service along with good communication, telephony and IT skills.  A minimum of 4 GCSE’s or equivalent are a must and whilst not essential customer service experience, literacy skills and knowledge of the Council’s CRM system would be desirable.
