Newly appointed Head Chef Jon-Paul Charlo is expanding his team of talented chefs at the award winning 4* Royal Hotel, Ventnor. The restaurant has held 2 AA Rosettes for excellent food for over 20 consecutive years and has appeared in every Michelin Good Food Guide since it's inception.

 Do you have the positive, can-do attitude required to work in one of the Island’s most renowned kitchens?

 This exciting opportunity is open to chefs with a willingness to learn and hone their culinary skills using some of the best ingredients. We have a proven track record of developing a chef’s skills and abilities, we will expand your food knowledge and teach you a wide range of skills which will set you on your way in this industry.

  • Junior Sous Chef
  • Pastry Chef - all levels
  • Chef de Partie
  • Breakfast Chef
