Want to get into the world of Business Administration? We are now recruiting for a fantastic role in a friendly established medical practice.


  • Opening and sorting mail- in an out box.
  • Sending emails and letters.
  • Assisting the reception manager
  • Following instructions, and executing tasks set.
  • Type minutes from meetings.
  • Dealing with repeat pescriptions.
  • Filing & orgainising.
  • Making appointments.
  • input and process data, via Excel and other NHS software.

Qualifications Required

None required, however a GCSE in maths, English or ICT would be advantageous.

Personal Qualities

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A can do attitude.
  • Confident telephone manor.

Training Provided

Level 2/3 Diploma in Business Administration Skills , Maths and English Functional Skills if required.

Weekly Wage
