This is an exciting new role being offered by the leading charity UKSA. Based within the Business Development team you will be providing general administration support to the team as well as being involved with events.

UKSA is a charity who believe in the power of the sea to make change. From experienced yachtsmen and women, super yacht career students, schools and groups and young children just starting their journey on the water. The Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support for the communications and sales team for each of UKSAs product area in line with the overall communications and sales strategies.
  • Carry out research into potential promotional opportunities
  • Carry out market research and report on findings
  • Assist in the input of all purchase orders onto the finance system
  • Be responsible for ensuring that all UKSA printed collateral is fit for purpose and that there is sufficient stock
  • Collate, coordinate and ensure the quarterly marketing activity schedule is up to date
  • Assist in the development and alterations to any print/ online and social media activity
  • Helping support the team with Social Media
  • Undertake any other duties commensurate with your level of responsibility
  • Provide high levels of customer service

Weekly Wage : £140

Working Week: 40 hours over 5 days. Mostly Monday-Friday but some weekend work to support with events will be required.
