Duties:

Purchase Ledger including liaison with suppliers, matching purchase orders, raising payments and bank reconciliations. Sales Ledger, including invoicing, billing enquiries, processing payments, banking and allocations. Customer services and signposting clients to partners. Telephonist and front of house duties, booking and allocation of meeting rooms. Stationary ordering, stock control and postal duties.

Experience:

Previous accounts experience including literacy on Sage Line 50 is required. Must have previous administrative experience and a good level of computer literacy on MS Office including Excel. Must have good customer service skills. Full driver’s licence and own transport required (for banking and postal duties).

Salary: £18,000 - £20,000 per annum
