SEA GABLES RESIDENTIAL CARE HOME

Requires a Part Time Duty Manager 18 hrs p/w £10 p/h

This post will be for a strong leader, an excellent communicator and someone confident in positive risk management.

It is primarily an office based role with the expectation to work against business need.  Someone who is centred on quality and a person-centred approach, to drive forward the persons outcomes.

Desirable requirement of a level 3 in Health and Social care, with at least 3 years’ experience of managing teams, IT Skills and a full UK driving License, who is passionate to drive forward high standards of care for individuals with complex needs.

We also provide out reach community support for adults transitioning into or out of our services, and core provision of staffing within supported living accommodation.
