The Steamer Inn is a family friendly, pub with bed and breakfast rooms situated right on Shanklin Esplanade. Our team are passionate about serving fresh, and delicious food and drinks and delivering excellent, friendly customer service and we are now looking for full and part-time bar and waiting staff to join our team.

Although position will be seasonal, there may be the opportunity for some new team members to join us permanently after the season has ended.

Who we are looking for…

• Experience in both waiting and bar work in a similar, fast-paced environment preferred
• Motivated with a positive can-do attitude to work
• Confident, friendly, and genuinely enjoy working with people
• Customer orientated and enthusiastic about food and drink
• A willingness to learn
• Able to work as part of a team as well as independently

• Flexible regarding your work availability, including some evenings and weekends

• Able to think on your feet in a speedy, dynamic environment

Due to our location living locally or having your own transport would be an advantage.
